An experienced Area Manager will come to your premises fully equipped to measure and access your space needs.

A fully comprehensive needs analysis will be carried out.

The client is provided with a detailed quotation there and then in many cases. If there is a technical challenge, our technical director Cliff Harriman is called to the site to advise.

Once the contract has been agreed on, the job is scheduled and a full specification is provided covering and eliminating all grey areas.

Working and municipal drawings are created and submitted to council.

You loft project is carefully planned by means of “The Critical Path”, giving you an itemised time scale for each and every stage, allowing you to plan and assuring you of a completion date.

Our installation teams are well trained and organised, they will be working on your loft every consecutive working day until completion.

On completion of your project you will receive an unconditional five year guarantee.

Every loft comes with a consultant engineer’s certification of compliance.
