Not a loft in the purest sense but following the same principles of building up in a cost-effective way.

The need for more space is typical of a growing trend. The couple needed more space but enjoyed their neighborhood and didn’t want to relocate their children to a different school. The owner is a senior engineer which did not intimidate our experienced team – rather, we were very comfortable in working with a like-minded client.

This vertical addition – an extension of the existing wall covering the entire perimeter of this section of the house – was challenging in that the family occupied the home while we built.

This Loft’s project added 60 sq. m and took less than 3 months to complete.
