Loft Conversion: Green Point, Cape Town

The homeowner is a busy and successful restaurant owner and didn’t have much time to spend on design and fittings. His partner, an international buyer, also didn’t have time to be heavily involved in the project.

The old asbestos roof and the ceilings had to be removed under strict control, which was quite a challenge.

This lofts project took about 2 months, adding 48 sq m of quality loft space.

We’re particularly proud of the staircase, designed and built by Lofts.
