Loft Conversion: Stellenbosch, Cape Town

The client – a young, retired hotelier – asked Lofts to create a space where he and his wife could escape from the kids from time to time.

It is an old house in the middle of this historic town and we had to comply with all sorts of Heritage requirements when working on the loft.

The project took about 2 months – we worked very well with the couple and it was a very pleasant experience. The loft is 70 sqm.
