Loft Conversion: Constantia, Cape Town

The house was 70 years old with a large poorly maintained roof. The couple, both professionals, needed room for their 10 and 11 year old boys.

The Lofts team installed 2 beds, bathroom and a hobby area, adding a 96 sq m loft to the property and of course, fixing the problem of the old roof.

This was a lovely job. It took only 2 months and our clients were very happy.
